In this game, players take control of a hot air balloon, navigating it through the sky while aiming to toss gifts at boxes floating below. The objective is to transform these boxes into gifts, with the added challenge of avoiding black boxes. Throwing a toy at a black box or missing a box entirely results in a loss of health points, requiring careful aim and attention.

The game also includes a secondary challenge titled Super Gift, where nine boxes are placed on the field, eight of which are empty. Players have a set number of attempts to open the boxes in search of a toy. If a toy is found, the next round begins, but the game ends if all attempts are used without finding a toy.v

In both game modes of MaoCircus Adventures, players can acquire masks, which can be exchanged for various in-game items such as new backgrounds and other visual elements. The game features a settings menu where players can adjust the sound levels for both the game effects and background music. Additionally, a records screen provides a comprehensive history of all past games, showing detailed information on completed rounds and the results achieved.
